What we do

Apps, platforms,
agents.

Mobile

Mobile app development

Flutter apps for banking, government and marketplace products. Built for production traffic, not demos.

Web

Web platforms

React and Next.js platforms and dashboards, on APIs that scale.

Backend

Backend & APIs

Node.js services, REST APIs and database design that hold up under real load.

AI agents

AI agents & automation

Agents and n8n workflows that take repetitive work off your team, with a human in the loop.

Design

UI/UX & product design

Figma to shipped interface. Clarity first, decoration never.

Personal brand

Portfolios & personal brands

Sites for founders, creators and consultants — the one link that has to do the selling for you.

What we commit to

Four promises,
in writing.

  • You own the code

Yours from the first commit. No licence, no lock-in.

  • A reply within 24 hours

Every message, every time — even a no.

  • A build every two weeks

On your device, not in a status report.

  • We stay after launch

Monitoring and the next release are part of the deal.

How we work together

Three ways
to start.

Pick the one that matches how clear the scope is today. You can move between them.

Fixed-price build

Best when the scope is clear

  • A written scope and a date
  • Milestone billing
  • Store submission included

Most first projects start here.

Monthly retainer

Best when the roadmap is still moving

  • A set number of days a month
  • Reprioritise every sprint
  • Cancel with 30 days

Usual choice once you are live.

Embedded with your team

Best when you have engineers already

  • We own one surface
  • Your tracker and review process
  • Handover docs from day one

Questions

Before you
write to us.

How do we start?

Send a paragraph about the product and the deadline. You get a call within 24 hours, and a scope with a fixed price and a date after that — usually within a week.

What does an engagement cost?

Two models. Fixed price per milestone when the scope is clear, or a monthly retainer when the roadmap is still moving. Both are quoted before any code is written, and neither bills for discovery.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository where possible, or in ours and transferred at handover. No licensing, no lock-in, no hosting you cannot move.

Are the AI agents production-ready?

The ones we ship are. Agents run with a human approval step, logged inputs and outputs, and a fallback path when the model is wrong. We will tell you plainly when a workflow is a bad fit for an LLM.

How long does a first release take?

A focused mobile or web release is typically six to ten weeks from scope to store. Regulated products with payment or KYC integrations run longer, and we say so at the scope stage rather than at the end.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We often join an in-house team to own one surface — the mobile app, the dashboard, the agent layer — and work in your tracker, your review process, your release train.

One paragraph is enough. We reply within 24 hours with questions, a scope, and a date.
