Arun Kumar
I have 6+ years of experience building and working with software, digital products, and technology solutions that are designed to work in the real world, not just in a demo.
Over the years, I have worked across AI chatbots, enterprise platforms, business applications, internal tools, and customer-facing digital experiences. I have been involved in the full product journey — from understanding requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
I have also designed and built 20+ business websites and digital portfolios, including landing pages, booking flows, contact forms, and brand-focused experiences, with a focus on creating simple and meaningful user journeys.
I like being involved from the beginning. I ask the difficult questions early, identify risks before they become expensive, and focus on building products that are reliable, useful, and easy to use.
I am currently deepening my knowledge through an M.Tech in AI and Data Science at IIT Patna, while exploring the intersection of AI, software, product development, and user experience.
Outside work, I enjoy music production, cooking experiments, travelling, and chess puzzles that sometimes cost me a little sleep.

Dona Mercy S Momin
I am a researcher and an educator, and someone who genuinely enjoys working out how things fit together.
I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Guwahati, where my postgraduate work focused on image processing, and I am now pursuing a Ph.D. in the same area — how intelligent computational methods can be put to work on visual and real-world problems.
My interests run across artificial intelligence, deep learning, computer vision, image processing and AI-driven automation. Alongside the research I teach as visiting faculty, mentoring students through technology subjects.
I learn by building — picking up new technology and turning an interesting idea into something tangible. The space where research, technology and creativity meet is the part I like most. On the delivery side I worked on the ABDK Soba 2024 site and the Tura Municipal Board portal.
Outside the work: volleyball, novels, and crime documentaries — where I am usually trying to solve it before the detectives do.

Megha Kumari
I come from a background that brings together Physics, Education, Research, and Technology, with a constant curiosity about how ideas can be turned into practical solutions.
I am a Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Physics and have worked as an Assistant Professor while pursuing my PhD in Education. My research focuses on the use of Artificial Intelligence in teacher education, particularly its impact on academic motivation and self-concept among prospective teachers.
Over time, my interest expanded into technology and digital products. I have explored AI, UI/UX, software testing, Jira, API testing, REST APIs, and real-world product workflows. I enjoy understanding how products work, identifying gaps, testing different possibilities, and looking at things from the user's perspective.
Today, I am building my journey at the intersection of AI, technology, product quality, and user experience. I believe my academic background gives me a structured way of thinking, while technology gives me the opportunity to turn ideas into practical solutions.
Beyond work, I enjoy creating content, travelling, exploring new ideas, and working on creative projects.
I believe in staying curious, learning continuously, and creating my own path.
